White Wines
Chenin Blanc
This vintage Chenin Blanc has a delightful passionfruit aroma. A wine with characters of zesty green apples. A wonderful wine that is great with Thai Food or anything spicy.
Verdelho
Verdelho was brought into this world to satisfy the great intellects of the world. Take this wine and pursue your dreams. A man can sit for many an hour with his mouth open before a roasted spatchcock flies in.
Tin Shed White
Made from a blend of two Swan Valley classic varietals, Chenin Blanc and Verdelho. A medium dry style with crisp fruit characters.
Lexi (Moscato)
Made from hand-picked Muscat of Alexandria grapes, crushed and cold pressed. Evident fruit sweetness balanced by crisp acidity. Long fruity palate with a fresh clean finish.
NV Sparking White
Made in true champagne style (but don’t tell the frogs) by fermenting Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat Gordo Blanco. Welcome back you big spunk!!
Reserve Chardonnay
Complex aroma of fruit and toasty oak. The palate is mouth filling with rich stone fruit flavours with a balanced acidity. Excellent length of flavour with a clean, fresh finish.
Red Wines
Sparkling Rosé
Field blend. The fruit is picked early to retain freshness and is held on skins overnight. The juice is fermented cold then bottled for its second fermentation on lees for a minimum of 6 months. The wine is perfect pink and exhibits a fresh strawberry palate.
Rosé
A classic summer wine made from a blend of our estate Shiraz, Mataro and old Grenache vines. A delightful strawberry nose with soft tannins.
Wissanger
Wissanger was the name of the vineyard under which the Taylor family operated a successful viticultural enterprise during the 1900’s. In 2002 the vineyard was purchased by the Lancaster Family. Made from selected hand picked fruit from Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro.
9 Rows Cabernet
Please all be upstanding for the Captain of the Fleet. A wine of significant depth and character. Aged on new oak for 12 months before release. This wine is ready to drink now but will truly reward the patient.
Old Vines Shiraz
This is an absolute monster of a wine with a beautiful crimson colour, jammy blackberry and plum fruit with hints of pepper. Palate is simply huge, big fruit, big tannins and big alcohol.
Reserve Shiraz
This Shiraz is enhanced by a high skin to juice ratio. This is BIG and not for the faint hearted. Limited release.
Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
A superb example of Western Australian Cabernet. 18 months on new oak will see this elegant wine grow old gracefully. Limited release.
Dessert Wines
Late Picked Chenin Blanc
Produced from fruit allowed to ripen on the vine to very high sugar levels, this wine is a delightful accompaniment to fruits, cheese and desserts.
Cane Cut Semillon
This wine is hand crafted from Semillon grapes using the Cane Cut method. Each fruiting cane is detached from the vine leaving the bunches hanging until the fruit has shrivelled, concentrating sugar and flavour.
Sticky Shiraz
This wonderful example of a fortified shiraz is made from the old vines shiraz fruit. A decadent liqueur style that would complement the very best sticky date pudding you can find.
Reserve Liqueur Muscat
Made from a blend of brown Muscat that dates back to 1994. This wine captures the very essence of Swan Valley Muscat: big bold and beautiful.
